| Welcome back to all those
who were part of the UIWF™ before I got into my unfortunate car accident.
I know the incident has set us back somewhat since we have been out of
action for some time now. But not worry, for with the help of a few
people I will be able to once again run the UIWF™.
Now, to those who are coming
to us for the first time, I welcome you with open arms. The UIWF™
is an e-Fed that has been around for over 6 years. It closed in the
summer of 1998 and returned through the pumping blood of the CWF.
The two federations have been merged and now it is time to continue the
UIWF™'s legacy.
But there seems to be a change
that UIWF™ will be undergoing. I am sure you have all heard of the
TWC, EWC, or the WWC. These are web-rings that compete to crown the
best of the best. And we will be doing the same. But, there
is a slight difference. We won't allow the judges to participate
as their own characters. The judges are people I know who have long
since retired from e-Feds. They will be impartial, and trust worthy.
The UIWF™ will continue to function as a normal everyday running e-Fed,
but it will only contain the best of the best.
We will truly live up to
